Howard Lewinter welcomes business book author, Mark C. Crowley - Lead From The Heart: Transformational Leadership For The 21st Century.

Mark spent twenty-five years in the banking and financial services industry before stepping away to write his book.  His most recent role was as Senior Vice President and national sales manager at Washington Mutual Investments, Inc. 

Mark’s ambition is to fundamentally change how we lead people in the American workplace.  We now know that 55% of all workers hate their jobs and that this percentage has been increasing every single year since 1987.
