Mr. Thomas L. Millner, "Tommy", has been the CEO and President of Cabela's Inc since April 6, 2009. Mr. Millner served as the Chief Executive Officer and President RACI Holding, Inc. since April 1999. He joined Remington Arms Co. Inc., in 1994 and served as its President and COO from May 1994 to April 1999. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Remington Outdoor Company, Inc. from December 2008 to March 13, 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Remington Arms Company, Inc. from April 1999 to March 13, 2009.  He served as the CEO and President at The Pilliod Cabinet Company from 1987 to May 1994. He has been a Director of Best Buy Co., Inc. since January 13, 2014. He was a Director of Lazy Days RV Center Inc. since March 18, 2005, Old London Foods, and Atlanta Belting Company. Mr. Millner serves as a Director of Old London Foods and Atlanta Belting Company. He has been a Director of RACI Holding, Inc., Remington’s parent since June 1994. He served as a Director of Stanley Furniture Co. Inc. from April 1998 to February 25, 2011. Mr. Millner served as a Director of Remington Arms Company, LLC from May 2007 to March 13, 2009.
