Horse Trainer and Cattle Rancher, Kim McElroy, has been a consummate horse lover all her life, making the study and knowledge of horses a top priority. She has successfully competed in cutting, roping, reining, dressage, hunter/jumper, three day eventing, driving and versatility ranch horse. 

 

Kim holds a BA degree in Equestrian Studies from Lake Erie College in Ohio and studied many years with Olympic and World Champions in the USA and England. She has been a professional horse trainer for over 30 years.

 

Kim and her husband Dave Pawel, own and operate the Broken Horn D Ranch north of Prescott, Arizona. They raise all natural, grass fed Criollo beef and market it locally. The beef is certified Grass Fed and Age & Source by the USDA.

 

Kim is also an Arizona Beef Quality Assurance 

Certified Producer.
