With over 18 years of experience in law enforcement, it is no surprise that Dr. Eric Quarles has developed a passion for being an influencer. Not just in the realm of policing and law enforcement, but also in assisting our youth with successfully navigating the path to adulthood. Embarking on a new accolade, he is the writer of a children’s book series, Officer Goodman and Friends. This 8 book series seeks to create a platform for children, parents, and police to begin building a healthy line of communication. In addition to this children’s book series, Dr. Quarles is also in the process of writing a series of self-help books for developing social competencies in law enforcement.

Dr. Quarles’ educational background makes him a key contributor to social change. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a Master’s degree in Leadership and a Doctorate degree in Public Policy and Administration. He recognizes the need to maintain a high level of scholar by engaging in continuous education opportunities that focus on a variety of subjects including organizational leadership in policing, ethics in policing and criminal justice policies.
