Wake Up, Stand Up & Snap Out of It!

After overcoming a 24-year addiction to alcohol, she left a successful corporate career with two goals; to re-ignite her passion for entertaining and performing, and to challenge the societal belief that you cannot start over at almost 50 years of age!

Today DeDe is the author of Wisdom Wedgies and Life's Little Zingers,  a recording artist with her debut album I Believe  and the CEO of the Snap Out of It! Radio Network where thousands tune in to her Snap Out of It! Show, Tuesday’s at 10: am on the Snap Out of It! Radio Network.??DeDe works with corporations and individuals on how to become aware of the many ways in which we numb out and distract ourselves due to a fear of feeling uncomfortable. Today distractions and addictions are causing corporations millions in wasted time, focus and productivity.  She demonstrates from first-hand experience how we can take back control of our lives and start to live fully alive, instead of numbed out and half conscious.   DeDe says you can Wake Up, Stand Up and Snap Out of it at any time it just takes igniting your SnaPower!??DeDe is also in production on her funny but poignant One Woman Show based on her life as an addict and the lives of everyone struggling with the inability to stop activities from alcoholism to eating, to texting!  DeDe's show is being written with New York Composer/Lyricist Daniel Maté and son of addiction expert Dr. Gabor Mate of Vancouver and is scheduled to debut in the fall of 2012.
