Julie Busha is the President/CEO of The Busha Group and the Slawsa brand.  Prior to launching Slawsa, Busha spent over a decade marketing within the sport of NASCAR, most recently helping driver Bobby Labonte build his agency, during which she worked with General Mills for 9.5 years.  In late 2011, Julie used her branding, marketing and sales experience to launch Slawsa, a unique slaw-salsa hybrid condiment to the grocery market.  Within a mere two years after launch, Slawsa gained placement in the relish aisle in over 5,200 stores in the US and Canada with rave reviews from critics and consumers alike.  Busha then appeared on season 5 of ABC's hit show, "Shark Tank" where her speech of fiscal responsibility resonated with the Sharks and viewers alike.  Busha continues to grow the brand and expects coast-to-coast distribution by the end of 2015.  More information for slawsa can be found at www.slawsa.com.  Julie graduated as Division 1 Academic All-American, Order of Omega with 3 departmental honors from Winthrop University.  She and her husband, Brett reside with two weimaraners, Liesl & Ella, in Cramerton, NC.
