When I was still a child I was placed in the school to prison pipeline and my education was replaced with incarceration. To most my Life story was written down in the books. When I was 20 years old I was sentenced to 89 months in Washington Department of Correction and in the beginning I was functioning from my cultural ego however, the last 4 years of my life incarcerated were jammed packed with beautiful life lessons and spiritual epiphanies. In fact, they have been the genesis of my realization of my TRUE self and awakening of my consciousness.

It seems like yesterday I was an unmotivated, lazy, procrastinating, selfish and sluggish 320 pound mess, lacking confidence and suffering from low self-esteem and the worst of identity crisis. I have overcome these horrific tragedies of life being lived and deep states of unconsciousness. This is why I am 100% sure you will do the same and the very reason why I will give you 300% (100% physical, 100% spiritual and 100% mental) each and every time! I believe in YOU, we can do it! Let’s be the change we want to see in the world!
