At a restaurant tonight, I overheard a conversation in the booth next to mine. A guy was talking to another man and saying "When you asked me how the discipleship program was going, I overstated the numbers to make it sound better than it really was, but that's what Associate Pastors do."

"pastoral exaggeration" : pastors bragging to other pastors about how many baptisms they've done or new church members they've acquired.  It's LYING. For pastors and associate pastors to be lying and joking about it, or acting like it's just something the so-called "clergy" do, this is shameful and hypocritical.
 
 
Barna Research states that 50% of pastors are tempted by sexual websites. We must hold our church leaders to the standards of God's Word, not let them sin with no consequences. Question and reprove them.
