Sermon 121 "Jesus Reveals the End of the World"

As the Middle East erupts in violence, riots, and killings, our hearts can be full of peace and joy. We pray for our brothers and sisters living in dangerous areas, but we trust God to bring ultimate victory through Christ.

The one true God is the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ. All other gods and religions are false. God loves us so much, He had His Son Jesus explain the end of the world, so we would not be in the dark or confused.

In this lesson, we establish in the gospel of John some fundamental truths about trusting Jesus, no matter how bad the world becomes.

Then we discover in Matthew the signs of His return and the closing agonies of this sinful world, which will be replaced by a new universe (new heaven and earth).
