Gary is Co-Founder, Company Director & Paranormal Investigator for UK Paranormal Network Ltd. He grew up in Kent with a very scientific influence from his father. Having an interest in the workings and ways of the universe, yet experiencing unexplainable phenomena from a young age such as seeing apparitions, witnessing objects moving on their own & hearing strange noises, he often found conflict between the two. Gary began investigating reports of paranormal phenomena in 1987 in his home county of Kent, England. There were many local places of interest that kept him occupied for many years such as Hever Castle, Dover Castle, Rochester Castle, Shorne Woods, The Inn on the Lake (to name a few) but Gary was soon asked to visit local families to investigate their strange goings on. During this time he found he could combine science and the paranormal to give a much more objective explanation for people’s experiences, thus benefiting them in moving forward. After moving to Lincolnshire Gary and his wife Sam (a Child Psychologist & Support Worker) ran a successful paranormal investigation group visiting private homes, helping families and individuals who believed they were being ‘haunted’. The union of Gary’s experience with paranormal investigations and Sam’s experience in social support services made them both highly sought after by paranormal events companies. After working alongside paranormal experts such as Phil Whyman (Most Haunted) and investigating with Mark Webb (Haunted Homes, Living with the Dead); Gary decided to combine non profit making public events, private investigations and support to benefit individuals and educate people experiencing paranormal phenomena and so UKPN was born.
