Where Do We Go From Here?

For more than a year now I've been trying to put forth the argument that there is a distinct lack of conservative voices in theatre.  This should come as no surprise to anyone who has even a passing interest in theatre (or the arts in general, for that matter).  But now that we've made the obvious clear, what are we going to do about it?  On today's show I'll start to discuss how we can do more than just complain and I welcome your ideas.
