RJ Walker is a performance poet from Salt Lake City, Utah. RJ Has performed at the national poetry slam thrice, representing Salt Lake City, and Sugar House Utah. He has also represented Sugar House twice at the Individual world poetry slam, where he was a showcased poet on final stage. He is currently ranked 18th in the world of slam poetry. He is the host and operator of The Greenhouse Effect Open Mic, SLC’s longest running and most popular open mic style event.
