Real religion means placing one’s mind, heart, and entire being upon the Supreme Spirit/God, not once a week, but 24 hours a day, every day. This can be accomplished by the constant hearing and repeating of God’s Holy Names. You can say or sing these mantras individually or in groups, with or without instruments, sitting, standing, lying down.
