Tonight on Episode 107 of Season 7, we intro Lakeisha Ross McGee and her new book: "12 Shades Of Breast Cancer"

Ms. LaKeisha S. McGee is a specialist known for teaching healing through the power of the
Metanoia Method. With over 20 years of clinical experience in therapy, life coaching, and
education, she is dedicated to the enhancement and development of the complete person.
Serving as CEO of HealHer2 Foundation, Ms. McGee believes intentional personal healing,
community, and breast cancer advocacy are essential to helping those on their personal
journey. Her own journey began on November 7, 2018, with Stage 2A Grade 7 Breast Cancer
Her2+ Estrogen+, Progesterone+ diagnosis. She saw the challenges of dealing with the
diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer and committed herself to help others in their journey to
create a new normal by collaborating and creating lasting partnerships that assist survivors
facing life-altering circumstances...

Ms. McGee holds a BSW from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, an MSW from Aurora
University, an M.Ed. from Lewis University, and will soon hold a Ph.D. from Concordia
University. She has current research interests in human development through life coaching,
community restoration through healing and accountability, human trafficking, and breast cancer
awareness. Her most recent written work promotes awareness with the anthology, 12 Shades of
Breast Cancer. Ms. McGee is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority Incorporated.
As a mother of four beautiful children, she is able to say she beat cancer...she’s a Survivor!
