Tantra Yoga and the story of Hanuman

Many people are at least familiar with the image of Hanuman, the beloved monkey god, but not many people know the deeper meanings of his life story. A symbol of strength, playfulness, and devotion, Hanuman represents us all. Ashton will tell us about his class at the SBYC which will explore the tantric interpretations of the Hanuman story. He will also tell us about living and teaching yoga in Thailand and what it's like to be a new father.
