Change -vs- Transformation In the spirit of Halloween let's talk about change and transformation. On Halloween we get to pick something we would like to dress up as. So fun! You can be anything you want for this one night! You can be funny, scary, sexy whatever! You must have an open mind for this type of change and for some people that is SCARY! What if we viewed change (scary) as transformation (exciting)? How would your energy shift? When we look at change as a hard thing, then it is just that, HARD! But, when look at change as transformation then it feels liberating! Lets have a conversation about the truth of why we get so scared to change or transform.
