Toxic Relationships vs Normal Growing Pains?

Do you know how to tell the difference between normal relationships growing pains and a toxic relationship?  If you don't know how to distinguish the difference between the two you run the risk of on either taking waayyyyy too much crap in your relationships or going to the other extreme and cutting off every guy who has the slightest fault.....
