As a University Administrator for two state universities, she mastered the art of facilitation, team building and workshop planning. As an executive officer/manager, she has directly managed sales, operations, and customer service channels in corporate financial services organizations. She has led numerous technology and non-technology based projects leading to efficient operations and increased revenue. Her efforts in building teams have received honors and #1 Service Ranking in Kiplinger's magazine. She was most recently the First Vice President of Sales Strategy at TD Ameritrade, a financial services organization, before founding Inspire Solutions. She brings with her a breadth of experience creating business development strategies for the financial services industry, and she also holds the Certified Financial Planner (TM) professional marks and a Master of Science in Behavioral Research Psychology.
