Michelle Ashley is President of Oasis Life Resources and a Life Coach. After ten years in corporate America, in the US and in the UK, Michelle created OASIS Life Resources to serve as a platform to provide a ‘safe haven’ for individuals to learn skills and tools in defining and living their true passion in alignment with their authentic selves Michelle, is a certified practitioner of ‘Protect Behaviors Programme’ and obtained her training as a life coach from MentorCoach LLC, a member of the International Coaching Federation. Currently, in addition to her coaching practice, Michelle focuses her efforts on facilitating comprehensive coaching workshops that empower young women, aged 14yrs-21yrs, from dysfunctional and abusive families, to develop key life skills, an academic plan, and leadership skills in community development projects. A native New Yorker of Latin descent, and a veteran of the United States Army Michelle enjoys snowboarding, hiking, cycling, and musical theatre.
