There is a movement happening. It is a quiet one however a critical one. Patients are finding their voice and are driving conversations in various arenas that are not necessarily in your traditional healthcare space. The movement has grown significantly since the advent of the social web. The technology has enabled patients to have conversations and connect with others with exceptional reach and amplification. They are driving change.

In this episode I interview Skip Schwartz as he shares the pros and cons of "managed health care".

Guest Bio

Skip Schwartz joined Healthcare 365 as a co-founder and starting President/Chief Executive Officer at the concept stage. He is also a Board member and an investor.

His role as CEO has been to oversee the planning and launch stages and execute on the Board- approved go-to-market strategy and startup the initial 4-6 clinics cluster planned for the Greater Toronto Area.

Skip’s background spans 2 successful stints as an architect/planner in designing major healthcare facilities across Canada and around the world. In his latter stint as an architect, he was in charge of the hospital/medical sector practice in Canada for HOK – one of the largest architecture firms in the world.
