With spring training now officially underway, Jake and guest host John Grimm are here to give a preview of what awaits the Indians this spring both on and off the field.

As far as offseason business, the Tribe has been active in signing another low-risk player in Bryan LaHair as well as settling internal affairs, including signing left fielder Michael Brantley to a four-year contract extension. Now the question is what does that mean for Justin Masterson and Jason Kipnis's contract extension talks?

Elsewhere in the major leagues, Bronson Arroyo has finally found a new home in Arizona as the Diamondbacks signed him to a two-year deal. Also, Seattle keeps up their busy offseason by picking up Fernando Rodney and showing strong interest in Nelson Cruz. In other news, Alex Rodriguez has dropped his lawsuits against MLB and the Players Association.
