Why many women and some men don't ask questions. (Yep--some of us prefer assuming, it's safer).
What are we so afraid of? The truth.
Many of us don't ask, so we don't know and we use it as a form of control. Meaning, if we don't ask a question aimed at learning a truth, we continue in the illusion that things are still the same. We continue acting in the same ways and assuming if the other person is not saying or doing anything differently, then our assumption is correct.
It keeps us in control, in other words, inside of our comfort zone where we know how to operate. If we ask questions, it may bring up things we don't want to hear, or cause an ending that we just don't feel ready to deal with at the moment.
Join me to learn not only the WHY behind our illusions, and the assumptions we create, but also how to step up and step out into not only asking questions, but in getting to your own truth!
