A discussion with Janice Chamberlin about educating the incarcerated young men in substance abuse, also she's the author of  Locked Up With Success.

Janice M. Chamberlin has been an educator in public and private schools, a case manager for Child Welfare, and a businesswoman.  Her undergraduate and graduate degrees are from Indiana University, and her All Building Administrator License was completed at Indiana Wesleyan University.   Her most successful and fulfilling work thus far has been as a teacher of adult male inmates.  She believes her experiences in the prison setting are an untapped resource for all teachers who wish to close the achievement gap.  This is her first book.  She lives in Michigan City, Indiana.  She is rich in friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
