I was born in Ecuador. As a teenager, I worked at a bank, and earned a law degree. In 2000, I moved to PA. I was hired as a trust-income specialist. I changed jobs, became teamleader, then an underwriter. After the downturn my position was eliminated. We started a business. Our company grew, becoming the Bagnall Shaw Company. I wrote a book, I am a member of the governor’s CRIZ authority, and won the ATHENA Award.
