We will be discussing Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs, and attempting to gain a fundamental knowledge of the principles and relate them to a disaster or emergency situation. How can a simple understanding of the elements based on our hierarchy of needs assist us in the concept of Survival? With a discussion on the topic the answers shall be revealed.
