Jazmine Smith believes in embracing the past to impact the future; as a Domestic Violence survivor who has spent years in advocacy through many local and national organizations. She believes in addressing mental health and trauma to live a successful life both personally and professionally and continues to share her journey through storytelling. Jazmine is and has been an active board member of several professional and community organizations to include The Hampton Roads Black Chamber of Commerce, W.I.C.T, N.A.M.I.C, CENV, Urban League Young Professionals, and Dress for Success just to name a few.
In addition to working for multibillion-dollar brands and her work empowering and developing future generations, Jazmine has consulted for small businesses and non-profits for over 10 years focusing on team building, leadership training, sales cycles, marketing, and customer service improvement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, employee retention, and achieving operational and financial performance goals.
Alongside her Professional speaking and workshops, she is the Founder and Owner of Support Her, a mixed therapy group for Healing Women, The founder of "The Black Coffee Network", a platform for unfiltered conversations in business, and the Co-Owner of Synergy Coaching, Consulting, and Events Management.
