Although many with ADHD struggle to find and/or maintain employment, many do eventually design successful careers in areas of their strengths and interests.

Eric Tivers did. As a licensed clinical social worker (and mastermind behind Tivers Clinical Specialties in Volo, Illinois) Eric has created a successful practice focused on ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Listen as he shares his early job journey jumbles and how he did finally find his place in a profession he loves.

Spoiler alert...he's musing over how to message the power of being authentic and the belief that we can do better no matter the challenges. "We can always improve our situation."

Eric runs the CHADD of Northern Illinois chapter and is an active member is organizations such as CHADD, ADDA, NASW, and Northern Illinois Center for Autism.

He can be found on Twitter and Facebook and can be heard on his own podcast, ADHD reWired!
