Jill Ammon Vanderwood is an author and speaker from Utah. She is best known for her award winning, nonfiction books:

  • What's It Like, Living Green? Kids Teaching Kids, by the Way They Live: National Indie Excellence Award, Teen Development Award, USA  Book News--Best Books Award, and Silver Quill from the League of Utah Writers
  • Drugs Make You Un-Smarter (co authored by her teenage granddaughter, Savanna Peterson): Finalist in the Indie Excellence Awards, winner of The Gold Quill from the League of Utah Writers, and the National Mom's Choice Award. 

Jill won the 2008 Writer of the Year Award from the League of Utah Writers.

She loves spending time with her family, going camping, traveling, quilting and tries to write something every day.
