The Legendary John Dawson along with Gulley Barmore and Maryann Hill-Barmore

We are excited to have The Legendary John Dawson - Senior Vice President /Executive Director of Film at Bup films / Dawson Studio visit This Side of The River.  He going to share thoughts about his visit to Rockford, Illinois.  Rockford is ranked as one of the most difficult places in the United States for blacks to gain opportunity.  Rockford is also the location of his recent film project  "A Clear View" The Mark Barmore Story.

Join in as he is guided by Odessa Barmore (Mark's Aunt), with Mark's Mom Maryann Hill-Barmore along the path of Mark's last experiences before he life was tragically and purposely taken.  Feel free to call in and comment during the open discussion segment.
