As a disabled veteran, Lydia knows all too well the value and meaning of life and living fully in the present moments. Searching for the most impactful way she can make a contribution to the learning process she chose to write a masterpiece in stage play/screen style to tell a story of Black History in the USA.
She combines many topics yet some of the most pronounced are Race, Politics and Religion, a hot trio!! The passion to write found her, she proclaims, as she sat undergoing dialysis. Her source of material was found in the classrooms consisting of various conversations with students.
Her debut book ‘FREE LAND FOR SALE’ is very well written and provides an incredible amount of truth and wisdom from a sage.
