In the Human [Hue-man/Humus-man] body there exists different levels which govern our essential energies. Our positive and negative emotions are governed by our endocrine gland system (aka chakras). There are references to our emotional states of being in the Sacred Quran, The Holy Bible, and in other scriptural texts. What do we men need to do in order to short-circuit our negative emotional feelings, reactions, and responses and maintain our positive feelings and actions?

Our esteemed guest tonight, Instructor Benjamin Bilal, will cause a shift in our thinking towards the way we handle our emotions on a daily basis and how they impact our lives and our outcomes.

 

Brother Bilal has been teaching the etymology of words for the last 40 years. As a Native New Yorker, he is proud to declare that his teaching career began in New York City at the West Side Alternative High School located in upper Manhattan. Today, he teaches audiences around the world.
