This week on Sage Mentoring Moments we excited to bring you Raising Our Sons with guest Glen Brooks. 
With the deaths of Trayvon Martin, Jordan Davis and other young men how can a mother not want to keep her son in a sheltered box till adulthood? This week we are diving into some hard hitting topics such as a mother’s fear of raising her black son. We are sharing some strategies and tips for moms wanting to better understand, communicate and connect with their sons without the frustrations. If there is father involvement, what role does a he play in this? Lastly we are talking about the available resources that will give support to the awesome moms out there raising our next generations of leaders, husbands and fathers.
