Is The Digital-Divide Real and Does The Black Church Acknowledge This Fact?

We now know all too well that the Black-American/Kushite Descendants of Slavery were dependent upon the black church during slavery. This was their own exclusive community which served multiple means and needs. Today it appears the church has fallen short of it's own well-meant intent in the advent of post antebellum civil rights.
