Ep. 108 - We Beat L.A., SF Next Up For Mets

The Rising Apple Report returns with the 108th Episode! Rich Sparago hosts, while Site Editor Danny Abriano, Senior Writer Mike Lecolant and Writer Sam Maxwell huddle together audibly on the internet to ponder how anything could possibly ever go right for this team.

Let us not underemphasize how much of a big deal it was that the Mets took 2 out of 3 from the 1st Place Dodgers on the road, but let us NOT UNDEREMPHASIZE how screwed this team seems, and all because of the Wilpons. We could talk about Terry Collins' status, the lack of offense or front office action, Panic City, thoughts on the first half, trade possibilities, Mejia coming back, etc...and we probably will. But we all know, ALL OF US, this all has to do with the Wilpons, and it's so sickening that we're still having to discuss this.

We will also discuss the players to wear number 8 in Mets history, along with the '08 season.
