What does it mean when you make a 'Special Appearance' in court?  Is it detrimental to your court case or is it beneficial?  When do you use it?  Which court do you use it (district, circuit, special appeals)? Should you use it at all?

Do you know which words to look out for in court when they use language that is tricky? We know certain words in a Websters dictionary is completely different than in a 'Black Law Dictionary.'  Which tricky words should we know before we go into their courts like (nice, dead, demand, bless, bench, discharge and dismiss are confused at times, citizen, doom, idiot just to name a few?  It also depends on the part of speech the word is being used as.

Why do some of us still not claim our status and property?  Do you know how much of a difference this would make should you go into the courts with you having done this?

Tonight you will get your answers to these questions by joining Brother Chayil, host, Sistah Fola El, co-host and Brother Usiku our angel sponsor at 8pm EST, 7pm CST, 5pm PST and 4pm Alaskan time.  The number to call on the conference line is 1.515.605.9354.
