TONIGHT's show is a repeat from Aug 27, 2013... ENJOY!

The Rev. Graylan S. Haglar is the Senior Minister of Plymouth Congregational United Church of Christ in Washington, DC. He has a leading presence with Respect DC, a coalition of grassroots-based organizations, pastors, workers, environmentalists, parents, students and community members concerned about the quality of life in DC’s communities and committed to securing decent, living wage jobs. Rev. Hagler also has been a supporting voice for the passage of the Large Retailer Accountability Act of 2013(LRAA), which calls for large retailers operating stores of 75,000 square feet or more, and whose parent company generates more than $1 billion in revenues annually, to provide workers a “living wage” of $12.50 per hour, including benefits.

Rev. Hagler is the social justice minister, fighting for economic and social justice. As National President of Ministers for Racial, Social and Economic Justice he delivered a passionate speech in 2012 to the assembled crowd at a rally to call out Congress for their collusion with Big Energy.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=LsVft_lur4w

Rev. Hagler is also on the Steering and Administrative Committee of United for Peace and Justice, a national coalition working to oppose aspects of U.S. foreign policy that the group believes contribute to war and aggression. Rev. Hagler is the Development Director of the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), the largest neighborhood stabilization organization in the United States, which helps working-class people become homeowners.
