Why you need courage to reinventing yourself? EP:05

Are you afraid of making changes to your life, small or big? Every time you think about the slightest change you get anxious, stresses and even frustrated? Maybe your dream is to get a raise or a promotion, moving to a new city, approach the person that you feel can be your soul mate, have a sincere talk with your partner/ sibling/ child, want to quit but worried about income, want to leave a relationship but scared of loneliness, or even better want to start your own business, but you can't work up the courage to actually do it, as if something seems to be holding you back.

Any change in life no matter how small requires courage as once you step out of your comfort zone and face off your status Quo, fear starts taking over this is a natural defense mechanism orchestrated by the “Amygdala” where the responses to the change or stimulus is Fight or flight.

Fear requires courage to fight it so you can become the person you want to be

Running away is always easier than facing challenges, but is detrimental on the long run. Courage is the ability to face your own mistakes, and deal with them, it is starting a project or something that you know there is always a chance to fail though you do it because it will give you the rewarding life you always wanted

Courage doesn’t mean that you do not have fear but means that your courage is greater than your fears and you still act.There are no short cuts.Courage is a choice that you take to go through your life journey where you need to tap into deep power it requires both a toughness of mind and focusing on opportunities which requires optimism to look at all the possibilities available when you actually act. You have a choice for your future to either live in fear or not live the fulfilled life you deserve or have the courage despite of the fear to advance
