The Green Bay Packers jumped out to a 31-3 lead behind Aaron Rodgers four first half touchdown passes. The Detroit Lions did not waive the white flag, and fought to the end falling one touchdown short, in the 34-27 defeat. Everything seemed to go right for the Packers in the first half, but they could only muster one field goal in the second half.

Eddie Lacy continued to run hard, and Mike McCarthy called his number 17 times. He finished with 103 yards and added one of his pounding 25 yard runs. The Lions moved the ball at will, and converted 57% on third down. The Packers run defense will hold on to their number ranking as they held the Lions to 50 yards on 22 attempts. The pass defense will tumble down the rankings as they allowed Matt Stafford to complete 28 of 41 passes for 385 yards. The Packers defense was without Clay Matthews, Morgan Burnett, and Sam Shields.

Does this game prove that the Packers offense is back on track? Listen in and call the show with your thoughts.
