Tonight on the show: States are trying to send a message to Congress in the gun control debate, but will it do any good? Are the limited powers that the federal government has being interpreted that they can expand on those powers as they see fit? If that is true, then why do we have the 10th Amendment?

Also, Homeland Security has a message for you, and that message is that if you are at work and in danger of someone shooting, grab your scissors!! Obviously this seems like great advice if you are being attacked by a ball of yarn, but what about someone with a gun?
