Dr. Susan Edelman says it's time for a new sexual revolution because the old one didn’t turn out the way we’d hoped, especially for women. We need a new sexual revolution that encourages each woman to decide what’s best for her, regardless of the cultural messages, and even if that decision is staying single.

Edelman's new book, Be Your Own Brand of Sexy: A New Sexual Revolution for Women, debuted at #1 on Amazon in the dating category and since has been doing radio interviews across the country. Dr. Edelman is an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and a board-certified psychiatrist focusing on women's issues, dating and relationships. Susan wants to help women (and men) navigate the tricky dating landscape and teach them how to make choices that feel right to them—instead of what they’re programmed to believe is “normal” by today’s culture.
