The Cheese Festival in Bra, Italy

Since 1997, Slow Food International has been hosting an international cheese festival, highlighting artisan sustainably produced heirloom cheeses. Slow Food International General Secratery Paolo Di Croce will join the program to tell us about this years festival which will have a special focus on Balkan Cheeses. Hear how Slow Food is working with the UN and the European Union to help preserve sustainable agricultural traditions and promote rural economies through a joint project called ESSEDRA. Hear how the Raw Milk issue is being dealt with in Europe, hopefully we can learn somrthing from our fellow European Cheese lovers!
