The Reading Revolution

There is a Reading Revolution in progress with a number of new Black authors emerging with books of various genres. This show will highlight them and discuss their works, the impact that they have on our lives, and the way that we view ourselves and the world. It is important to support our authors and find alternatives to television programing as we heal ourselves, our families, and our communities. As adults we need to be the example for our children by reading more and indulging in television and media outlets even less. 

We will have special guest Hmt Ntr Embahara Maat who will share details and inspiration of her book, Hidden by Moonlight. We invite our listeners to share their favorite books and aurthors to read and share how reading has impacted your life.
