Join me Monday, February 13th at 6 p.m. Pacific/9 Eastern. My guest will be writer and Holistic Health Counselor Meg Worden.

About Meg: Meg Worden is a mother, master of complications, and manifestor of abundance. She has been a newspaper columnist and placed first for Ascent Magazine’s text writing contest in 2008. Meg believes a sense of humor is far more important than a sense of direction and knows for a fact she can laugh wildly amidst severest woe. Currently Meg is living in Portland, OR where she stays up late at night working on her memoir project about the two years she spent in Federal Prison.

She adds, "I'm a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and Registered with Yoga Alliance. I’ve also run cocktails up and down the beaches of Key West, tended bar, served fabulous food, cigars and spirits in fine dining restaurants, once I even managed a restaurant (albeit terribly).

I’ve been through a hurricane, been a hairdresser and a makeup artist and done editorial test shoots in NYC, I’ve driven a tractor, sold clothes and skin care and drugs and crocheted bookmarks, won a writing contest, washed cars, cooked, cleaned, catsat, begged, borrowed and, for awhile lived off of nothing but the coconuts I found on the ground while living in a Volkswagon Campervan. (1973, pop-top, fire engine red)."
