Experiencing pain in life in unavoidable. Sometimes the pain we experience leaves deeply imbedded scars that must be cared for to help the scars heal. Having scars is nothing to be ashamed of because we all have them. If we don't take the time to heal the scars the result could be harmful to our quality of life causing to spread the wounds in other areas of our lives.
