One of life’s way of getting our attention regarding our need to spend more time on our self-care is through our health. Our Mind, body, and soul is always communicating with us telling us when we need to rest, exercise, hydrate, and get certain nutrients. So why does it seem like sickness happens suddenly? Sickness seems to happen suddenly because we may not be as in tune with our health as we could be to maintain our health. Additionally, other areas of our life may be taking precedent to our health needs. The truth is it’s all connected. Our relationships, our careers, our spirituality and the food we eat effect the Wealth of our health. Our guest host, Sue Leeming, more than a cancer survivor experienced first hand how wealthy we are when our health is intact and when it is not and how these other components effect our overall well being.
