Domestic Violence " Are abusers born?"

Domestic Abuse and Domestic Violence isa topic that people are finally coming around and talking about...openly.

We see pictures of women badly beaten and wonder why would someone do that to another human being?

We hear of men being abused emotionally, verbally and mentally by their women....why is that?

How often does the question come up about "What happened to him/her?"  They were not born an abuser.
