Polarities

We each have something about ourselves that we feel is a positive quality. But in polarity, neither end is good because both carry tremendous distortions, misunderstandings and misconceptions; neither one comes from a place of clarity, discernment, vision or understanding. And in the end they both contribute to the weaving of unwanted situations in our lives. For example, within each of us exists the polarity of honesty & dishonesty. Although honesty is not something we think we need to Neutralize, consider the person who is so honest that they wear it like a badge, almost like armor. So much so that you wonder who they're trying to convince. Perhaps in a past life that person experienced a life where they consciously exhibited dishonesty in order to acquire money. At the end of that life they can become so overwhelmed with shame that they catapult themselves to the opposite polarity: extreme honesty. The result would be that in this life that person finds themselves experiencing constant poverty. In this case honesty is in a place of distortion because it has become a way of avoiding things. In this show Janet discuss the concept that when we carry any kind of distortion it affects us in every way, so that working on, and Neutralizing, the opposites bring us further into a state of balance. She then follows this with an extended Conscious Meditation to Neutralize any polarities you may be carrying.
