As we experience God’s goodness, our thirst for more of Him increases, helping us to release anything that intrudes on our relationship and enjoyment.

Mornings:

  1. Remind yourself that God loves you completely and eternally and that there’s nothing you can do to stop Him
  2. 20 minutes waiting - suspended & available
  3. “Lord (God, Father, Jesus, Holy Spirit - whatever) did you visit me last night?”
    1. For now we are sticking with "yes" and "no" questions
    2. Did I miss you?
    3. Did I forget about your visit by the time I woke up?
  4. “Lord, draw my attention three times today.”
    1. Best not to tell Him what to draw your attention to…
    2. When He does draw your attention, ask, “Lord, is that you?”
    3. This will increase your awareness and sensitivity throughout the day
    4. Later we’ll talk about what to do next, for right now just develop the habit.
