We have focused a lot of energy on one side, the practical side of being a Precept Bible study leader. But there is another side to ministry, the heart. And all the practical steps in the world won’t help if leader has lost heart, or become discouraged. One Hebrew word which we translate "discourage" could be literally translated as "to weaken the hands". It’s an incredible picture of a discouraged leader, they have no strength left.
