Am I Salt and Light?

Over the last couple of weeks I have been convicted multiple times about my words, actions and thoughts.  To be honest, in particular, I have been convicted about how I have reacted duriing discussions with my wife, Linda.  So, we have chosen to be brave and share these difficulties with you our audience.  The difficulties have come when we have discussed current news events and political topics.  As you might have guessed by now, Linda and I do not always see eye to eye on such topics.  And, because we feel we are a small microcosm of the United States population, we felt that it might beneficial to others (and ourselves) to discuss this openly.  We are not planning on sharing our particular views on any specific topic, but to share how we are working hard to "play fair" between ourselves during these discussions and to conduct ourselves as is becoming to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus.  I hope you will listen.  This should be "entertaining" ... We will try to behave ourselves, lol.
